Three things are necessary: the first line, the deceased’s name, date of birth, and death.

The first line is a simple phrase. Besides “In remember”, there are many other similar expressions, such as “Happy Memorial of ”, “In Loving Memory Of”, ”In Honored Memory Of”, etc.
