1. CAN YOU PROVIDE YOUR E-CATALOGUE AND PRICE TERMS?

Sure. We have an e-catalogue including most of the pictures of our products. If you are interested in our products, we can send you our catalogue for your selection.

Usually, we quote based on FOB Xiamen, China, but we also accept CFR or CIF terms. We insist on providing our customers with quality and cheap stone products.

2. WHAT'S THE AVAILABLE MATERIALS AND COLORS?

We offer marble and granite. Stone products have many colours for selection, and they are all-natural colours. Just click here to learn the traditional materials. Or, if you want other materials, please email us.

3. DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SERVICE?

Of course, you could decide the dimensions, materials and shapes. Our main products are affordable granite tombstones. We carve stone out of your drawings & pictures by fine craftsmanship. Also, We will provide the drawings for you to check again once the order is confirmed. We

4. WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS?

Payment terms :

a). T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)---30% deposit before production, 70% paid after receiving the copy of bill of lading by fax or email.

b). Irrevocable L/C at sight (letter of credit)

Payment method : 30% deposit as confirming order, balance 70% paid against copy of Bill of Lading.

5. CAN I SEE HOW THE PRODUCTS TO BE PRODUCE?

No problem. We will keep you posted with production photos and videos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products. After you check the quality, and then we ship it.

In the meantime, we warmly welcome you to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Chongwu Town, Huian County, Quanzhou City, Fujian, China. Near Xiamen city of China. You can visit us from your country to Xiamen International Airport. It takes about 1.5 hours by car from the airport to our factory.

6. WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGE AND LOADING?

The carved stone is packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates with fumigation. Each stone is well protected. Especially for some fragile items such as small granite memorial plaques, we will pack them carefully. A packing video is available.

Generally, one container can load approximately 16-25MT depends on the items. The weight is estimated when you are quoted.

7. WHAT ABOUT THE TRANSPORT AND INSURANCE?

We usually send the products by sea. Typically one container order needs about 21 days. Please email us to get our answer.

We guarantee that all exported stone products are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within seven days of delivery.

We are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates for outside packing. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement.

In the case of damage happens, firstly, you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company would take the responsibility.

The goods may be broken because of a violent collision caused by ships, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it.

If the packing is okay, but goods is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company responsibility.
